Welcome to InGame Company. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the InGame application and website (the “Services”), including football prediction gameplay, competitions, rewards, and the Pro Pass subscription. By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services immediately.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

To use the Services, you must be at least 13 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. HOW GAMEPLAY WORKS

InGame allows users to predict the outcomes of football matches and competitions across various leagues and tournaments. Users earn points, Gems, and rank progression based on the accuracy of their predictions, as further described in the app. [Confirm: scope of games covered — Perfect 6, Live Predictions, Rivals tournaments, Jokers mechanic, etc.]

Gameplay also includes Trivia, which is governed by the same rules, scoring mechanics, and fair play requirements as the rest of the Services. [Confirm: trivia format, frequency, and scoring specifics.]

Match schedules, prediction windows, and scoring rules are set by InGame and may vary by competition. We reserve the right to adjust, cancel, postpone, or void predictions and competitions in the event of a cancelled match, data error, technical issue, or suspected manipulation.

3. FAIR PLAY AND PROHIBITED CONDUCT

To keep competitions fair for all users, you agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, emulators, or any automated means to submit predictions or interact with the Services
• Create or use multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage (multi-accounting)
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in the app instead of reporting them to us
• Collude with other users to manipulate rankings, tournament outcomes, or reward distribution
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or interfere with the operation or security of the Services
• Buy, sell, or transfer accounts, Gems, or rewards outside of official InGame mechanisms

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations, void affected predictions or rewards, and suspend or terminate accounts found in breach of this section, at our discretion and without prior notice. Any violation or breach of these Terms, including the rules governing gameplay and Trivia, may result in the account being blocked or permanently closed.

4. GEMS AND REWARDS

Gems are InGame’s in-app currency, earned through gameplay and redeemable for rewards and vouchers as made available in the app.

• Gems have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money outside the app’s official redemption mechanisms.
• Rewards are subject to availability and may be modified, replaced, or discontinued by InGame or its partners at any time.
• Products available for redemption in the Shop section are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
• Electronics redeemed through the Shop are subject to a processing time of 5–7 business days.
• All other third-party products are processed immediately, unless the relevant third-party service is unavailable.
• InGame reserves the right to withhold or reclaim Gems or rewards obtained through violations of Section 3 (Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct).

5. PRO PASS SUBSCRIPTION

The Pro Pass is a paid subscription within the InGame app that unlocks [premium features — confirm feature list]. By purchasing a Pro Pass, you agree to the terms below in addition to the rest of these Terms.

Payment

Payment is processed through [App Store / Google Play / payment provider — confirm]. The subscription fee is charged at the start of each billing cycle.

Billing Plans

Pro Pass is available on a 7-day or Monthly billing cycle, as selected at purchase.

Auto-Renewal

Pro Pass subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (every 7 days or every 30 days, depending on the plan selected) unless cancelled before the renewal date. The renewal fee is charged to the same payment method on file, at the then-current price for the selected plan. Users will receive a reminder notification [X hours/days] before renewal is charged.

Cancellation

Users may cancel auto-renewal at any time through [App Store / Google Play account settings / in-app settings — confirm mechanism]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; users retain Pro Pass access until that date. No partial refunds are provided for the unused portion of a billing cycle, except as required by law or platform policy.

Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except: (a) where required by applicable consumer protection law, or (b) as governed by the refund policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, through which the purchase was made.

Changes to the Pro Pass

InGame may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Pro Pass or its included features at any time. Where a change materially reduces the value of an active subscription, affected users will be notified in advance.

Termination

InGame may suspend or terminate a user’s Pro Pass access for violation of these Terms, without refund, at InGame’s discretion.

6. COIN PACKS

In addition to the Pro Pass, users may purchase Coin Packs within the app. Coin Pack purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on the platform used, and are subject to their respective payment, billing, and refund policies.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials made available through the Services are owned by InGame or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services without our prior written consent.

8. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, InGame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of Gems, rewards, or account access due to technical issues, account suspension, or third-party actions.

9. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or fair play violations, or extended inactivity. You may also close your account at any time through the app.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised “Last Update” date and will be effective as soon as it is accessible. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
